For a collective build ? "The Tutu Defender"

At the center a big version of the tutu.
Each player would make a  full perm  "arm" to transform the tutu into some kind of "Tutu Defender" (better title to find ?)

An ant colony has soldier ants protecting it from danger, such would be the role of this "Tutu Defender"

You are free to build anything, attach a scene from some obscure Opera, a broken oven, a sewing machine etc...
